SHILLONG: Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Radha Mohan Singh will arrive in the state on a two-day visit on Saturday.
The same day at 3 pm, the minister will participate in the Meghalaya Milk Mission programme at Polo Grounds.
