SHILLONG: June Odelia Pajuh bagged the Best Bulbul award at the Regional Level Cub/Bulbul Utsav for NE held at South Point School, Guwahati from July 25-29 bringing laurels to the state. The Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides bagged eight prizes in various competitions. 6 Cubs and 6 Bulbuls from Step by Step School, Shillong led by unit leaders Shaheen Kharnaidu, Rabecca Lyngdoh and contingent leader Panborlang Nongkynrih accompanied the school children.
