SHILLONG: Members of Hynnewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Thursday stormed the state secretariat and staged demonstration demanding introduction of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system and updating of National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Meghalaya to prevent infiltration from outside.
