Imran Nazir to resume cricket

LAHORE: Pakistan batsman Imran Nazir, who was out of action due to Tendinitis, is all set make a return after a gap of four and half years.
Making the announcement, the 36-year-old said that he has recovered from the illness and is all set to resume cricket.
“I am fit and resuming cricket after a long time. My fans prayed for me because of which I am standing here and I am thankful for their support. I am also thankful to the Pakistan Cricket Board and Shahid Afridi foundation for helping me in getting rid of the illness,” the Express Tribune quoted Nazir, as saying.
Nazir also said that he is not sure of how long he would be able to continue playing. (ANI)
