SHILLONG: The Meghalaya People’s United Front- East Jaintia Hills (MPUF-EJHD) has urged the police for action and immediate arrest of those involved in the burning of vehicle owned by KSU member Shaniah Dkhar.
In a statement issued here, MPUF-EJHD said that other criminals will be encouraged to commit more crimes if the police department fails to nab the criminals. “It is apparent that these days, criminals do not hesitate to attack members of different organizations who work for the public,” president, MPUF-EJHD, Michal Chyrmang said.
The organisation will also send a letter to the SP of East Jaintia Hills on the matter, he added.
