GUWAHATI: Assam police have arrested the mastermind behind the moral policing incident at Diplunga Tea Estate in Bishwanath district of Assam in which one person was lynched and three others seriously injured by an armed mob on August 15 last.
Police claimed to have arrested the prime accused Dinesh Pator who happens to be the secretary of local VDP. It was Pator who had engineered attack on four persons branding them as cow thieves.
