Shillong: Wanpynshngain Mukhim of Iarbamon village (EKH) lodged a complaint that on August 21 around 6 pm, four persons, viz., (1) Raplang Ryngksai, (2) Alphius Khonglah, (3) Lung Rit and one unidentified accomplice, assaulted him. Later, the same miscreants pelted stones at the members of Seng Kynthei and also threatened them with dire consequences.
