SHILLONG: The Sports Department of the North-Eastern Hill University organised the NEHU Inter College Badminton (Men & Women), Table Tennis (Men & Women) and Chess (Combined) Tournament 2018 at the NEHU Permanent Campus, Shillong from August 30 to September 1, 2018. The tournament ended with a closing ceremony, where Prof. B. S. Mipun, Department of Geography, NEHU graced the occasion as the chief guest. Prof. K. Debberma, Head, Department of Political Science, NEHU and Prof. S. Umdor, Secretary, Sports Board, NEHU also present among others and gave the prizes to the winners.
