GSU demands MLA scheme verification

SHILLONG: The Garo Students’ Union, Mindikgre Regional Unit, has submitted a list of unimplemented and diverted projects and proposed activities under the MLA scheme of Baghmara constituency and has sought a clarification from the Block Development Officer (BDO).
The MLA of Baghmara is Samuel Sangma, an independent.
The NGO wants the BDO to conduct spot verification of the projects to establish if the schemes are fully implemented.
