GUWAHATI: India’s golden girl in the arena of athletics, Hima Das has been given a grand felicitation in Nagaon town of Central Assam’s Nagaon district for her starling performance for the country in just concluded Asian Games 2018 and World Junior Championship in Finland earlier this year. Hima Das hails from Kandhulimari village of Dhing in Nagaon district of Assam.
The felicitation on Tuesday was organised by Nagaon district administration and a number or organizations of the district in presence Minister of State for Railways, Rajen Gohain, Assam’s Water resources minister, Keshab Mahanta.
