Mentally challenged attempts suicide

SHILLONG: A 27-year-old mentally challenged Mohan Thapa attempted suicide by slitting his own throat on Monday. The victim was found conscious. Pre-hospital care was given by 108 Lawmali nurses and was later shifted to Shillong CH.
