Liquor seized
In its continued drive against illicit liquor, East Khasi Hills excise staff conducted raids in restaurants/stalls and seized 1168.175 liters illicit distilled (ID) liquor and 5.040 liters IMFL with the arrest of 18 persons under the Excise Act.
Felicitation
St. Mary’s College will be organising a felicitation ceremony on September 25 at 11 am in the college auditorium for the outgoing 6th Semester students of Arts, Commerce, Computer Science, Home Science and Science. Registration for students who have cleared their 2018 Degree examination conducted by NEHU will start from September 17 and the last date for registration is September 22.
