SHILLONG: The West Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police has issued a clarification in relation to the news article that had appeared in The Shillong Times on September 20 under the headline ‘West Khasi Hills Cops downplay border dispute. The SP said he did not say anything about ‘surrender’.
