Registration of UIN extended till April 1 next year

TURA: West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, Ram Singh has notified all arms license holders under the district that the Ministry of Home Affairs has extended the registration of Unique Identification Number (UIN) up to April 1 next year and that any license without UIN shall be considered invalid with effect from the said date.

The release issued here requested all license holders who have not obtained the UIN to apply for the same as well as those existing licensee holding multiple licenses to apply for grant of a single license in respect of all firearms held by an individual under his single UIN on or before April 1 next year.
