SHILLONG: Two Meghalaya IAS officers, P. S. Dkhar and Aldous Mawlong were promoted from October 1.
On promotion, Dkhar, who is also the East Kasi Hills Deputy Commissioner, will continue to remain in the same post, while Mawlong who is secretary, Forest and Environment department and human rights commission, has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary.
