JOWAI: A person identified as Lyngkitbormi Ryngkhlem of Demthring village was arrested for allegedly killing a man and injured another at Muphlang village in West Jaintia Hills.
Ryngkhlem, who is married to a lady from Muphlang village, committed the crime on Sunday evening, said the police.
Police further informed that the wife of the accused is an eyewitness.Ryngkhlem was arrested and the matter is under investigation.
The man who was injured is admitted at a local hospital in Jowai.
