SHILLONG: The Central Election Committee of UDP will meet on Wednesday to discuss the preparation for the district council polls.
UDP leader Bindo Lanong said on Tuesday that the names of more UDP candidates for the council polls will be announced after the meeting.
To a question, Lanong said the UDP has understanding with HSPDP and in some seats, there will be candidates supported by both the parties.
