SHILLONG: Customers of the Merins Royal Enfield Dealership said they are facing servicing problems after the termination of Dealership. When the customers contacted the regional manager, Ravi Prakash Asthana, the customers alleged that Asthana kept giving false hopes and after a few days the regional manager started ignoring their calls.
Asthana also suggested the customers to go till Guwahati for servicing.
Reacting to the apathy of the dealers, the customers felt that they have taken a wrong decision to go for Royal Enfield as the company itself is irresponsible.
The company has been asked to open an existing dealer for time being.
