TURA: The new office bearers of the Pinggira Cultural Society based in West Garo Hills were elected in a meeting recently.
The meeting elected Jipheto R Momin as President, Aniash Ch Momin as Vice President, Tengbirth R Marak as General Secretary, Tengbasal R marak as Joint Secretary, Arnold Chesrang B Sangma as Accountant, Sengmitchie D Shira as Treasurer, Salkam T Sangma as Organizing Secretary, Marjin T Sangma as Art and Cultural Secretary and Saling T Sangma as Publicity Secretary besides two additional organizing secretaries, three additional art and cultural secretaries, two additional publicity secretaries, three stock in-charges, two training instructors and a Managing Committee with Ballian R Marak as the Editor and six other assistant editors.
