SHILLONG: Cabinet Minister and Sohiong MLA, Samling Malngiang along with the residents of the constituency on Friday met Health and Family Welfare Minister to press for early inauguration of Welyngkut PHC.
During the meeting, the Minister said that the PHC would be inaugurated tentatively by the first week of December.
