NONGSTOIN: A coal-laden truck was detected by a team of Athiabari Police Outpost on Tuesday.
The seized truck with registration number ML 06- 4265, was driven by Rapborlang Wanniang of Nonglang village, West Khasi Hills, the police said.
The driver has been arrested and the matter is under enquiry.
