Tynsong meets mobile service providers over erratic network

SHILLONG: Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong met the mobile telephone service operators in the state on Thursday to discuss and address the ongoing problems faced by the public due to erratic network.
The private operators’ consortium agreed to submit a joint proposal to the government highlighting the key areas that need the attention of the government for necessary redresal.
Tynsong requested the service providers to update the government on a quarterly basis as a measure to ensure better services.
He also thanked all those present, including Daniel Thangkhiew, OSD to the chief minister and Allantry Franklin Dkhar, political advisor and secretary to the chief minister.
