Thief attacks caretaker
Livison Koch lodged a complaint that on November 24 at 8 pm, one person identified as Maniklal, went to his place with an intention to commit theft. On seeing the accused, the complainant relative tried to apprehend him, but the accused attacked him with sharp object causing injuries to him.

On the night of November 24, miscreants stole one Boom Placer and Hydra-Crane from an under-construction bridge at Zikzak, South West Garo Hills.
On the night of November 22, miscreants stole one motorcycle (AS-01AZ-9501) belonging to Lamjoylian, which was parked near NEEPCO, Demseiniong, Shillong.

The name of the drug suppliers’ association in the report ‘Now, Meghalaya drug suppliers allege corruption, favouritism’ published on November 27 has been incorrectly mentioned as Meghalaya Medicine Suppliers Association. The correct name should have been ‘Aggrieved Meghalaya Medicine Suppliers Association’.
