Assault
Sobono Shabong (56) lodged a complaint that on December 4; Diptino Diengdoh assaulted his wife at Umniuh Tmar village (EKH). As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital.
Man found unconscious, dies
On November 29, Purna Bahadur Thapa (30/40) of Assam Rifles Bazar, Happy Valley was found lying unconscious at Mawlonghat. He was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital where he died on the next day. His body was later handed over to the relatives.
Threatened
Horen Syiemsad (55), of Nongkroh village (WKH) lodged a complaint that on November 25, Newstar Kharmusulman pelted stones at his house and on December 2 the accused threatened him with dire consequences.
