GUWAHATI: Adding to the woes of Congress in Mizoram, chief minister Lal Thanhawla has lost from both the constituencies where he had contested in this Assembly election from  in the tiny northeastern state. The two-time chief minister and a veteran leader of the Congress has lost both in Serchhip and Champhai South.
