Carl Zeiss launches latest products in Shillong

SHILLONG: Carl Zeiss released their latest optical lens product consisting of a special UV coating for all lenses including its hard coat variety at Hotel Asian Confluence on Friday. This is a first by any optical company to launch complete UV protection. During the launch, Jennifer Basaiawmoit, Medical Director Bansara Eye Care Centre, spoke on the quality of the products and how all ground-breaking surgeries are being done using Carl Zeiss equipment. The company also felicitated Basaiawmoit as the leading personality in eye care from Meghalaya.
