Accidents
On December 16, an accident took place involving one Tata Sumo (ML-08C-7264) and one motorcycle at Latri Bollonggre village in South West Garo Hills. The driver of Sumo and the rider of motorcycle sustained injuries and were taken to CH Ampati and CH Tura.
On December 16 around 8 pm, one Maruti Alto (ML-10B-2849) dashed against one Mahindra Marshall (ML-10-3831) at Bhoirymbong in Ri Bhoi. Two occupants of the Alto sustained injuries.

Body recovered
On December 14 around 9:40 am, the body of Dominic Kharluni was recovered from Pung Pukir at Raid Lyting under Pynursla PS in East Khasi Hills. The cadaver was sent to CH Shillong for PM examination.

Theft
Pinku Singha lodged a complaint stating that on December 15, unknown miscreants stole his motorcycle (ML-05N-4220) from Oakland.
On December 15 around 6 pm, unknown miscreants stole LPG cylinders, laptop and clothes from the residence of MK Mustofa at P&T Qrts in Nongrim Hills.
On December 14, unknown miscreants broke into St. John’s White Hall School in Nongthymmai and stole one projector. They also destroyed the CCTV cameras.
Jasoti R Marak lodged a complaint stating that on Decemebr 14 around 2 pm, unknown miscreants stole his motorcycle (ML-06-8639) at Riangding village in West Khasi Hills.
Heraldson Dkhar lodged a complaint stating that on December 12 around 1 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole one air compressor machine valued at Rs 2 lakh from Reliance Petrol Pump in East Jaintia Hills.
