Raliang UDP elects party members

SHILLONG: The United Democratic Party recently held a meeting at Nangbah, falling under Raliang Constituency. The meeting was attended by top party leaders of Jaintia Hills including Minister Social Welfare & Revenue and Disaster Management Kyrmen Shylla, MLA of Mookaiaw Constituency   Nujorki Sungoh and also candidates who will be contesting the MDC Election 2019.
The meeting was presided over by Michael Sayo, Adviser UDP West Jaintia Hills and Jemino Mawthoh, General Secretary UDP who administered the oath of office to the newly elected members. The party elected Lakhon Biamas the president, Bison Roy Iano as the vice president, Moonlight Daw as the general secretary, Konstan Langstang as the asst secretary and executive committee members.
