SHILLONG: One house in Pynthorumkrah was destroyed in a fire around 6pm on Thursday evening. Police said the cause of the fire is not yet known and personnel of the Fire and Emergency Service will visit the site on Friday for investigation. No casualty was reported.
Meanwhile, Newton Marak of Miskona village under Damalgre PS (SWGH) lodged an FIR that on December 20 his house was gutted when his family were not home.
