SHILLONG: A 12-year-old girl identified as Monia M Sangma had a breathing problem and the 108 Lawmali based ambulance was dispatched.
As per the statement given by a family member, she hanged herself and was found lying unconscious. The 108 team administered CPR and shifted the victim to Civil Hospital and she was declared dead by the doctor on duty.
