Strike
In support of the two-day countrywide General Strike, Meghalaya Joint Council of Trade Unions & Association will hold a Workers’ Rally on January 8 at 11 a.m at Parking Lot , near Addl. Secct building, Vivekananda Road, Shillong. Employees of different sectors (State & Central Govt./Semi-Govt./Central PSU/Private sectors) will take part in the rally to raise their voice against the economic policies of the NDA govt, etc.
