SHILLONG: The election committee of the NPP declared the second list of candidates comprising four names for the KHADC election.
The candidates are Raton Manick Mukhim from Mawhati, Holiwell Khongstid from Nongshken, Pynthymmaibor Chyne from Shella and Alvin Khyriem Sawkmie from Mawsynram.
