SHILLONG: Two stone quarries have been granted environmental clearance by the Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman of the District Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, East Khasi Hills.
The establishments of M/S Dymmiew Jathit Stone quarry and M/S Lumjathit Boulder Stone Quarry have been granted clearance on mining projects but are to strictly comply to specific terms and conditions.
