SHILLONG: Shillong Lajong and Minerva Punjab played a goalless draw earlier on Monday in their first game of the Hero Elite League Final Round Group B (U-18 Youth League) 2018/19 season. Lajong Junior Reds were dominant in today’s game and had many chances but were very unlucky as they were not able to convert those chances into goals. The U-18 Youth League defending champions from Shillong, Meghalaya picked up their first point in the final round and also continue to extend their unbeaten run in the tournament. They will take on Chennaiyin in their second game of the Hero Elite Final Round on January 30 at 3PM, Nagoa Ground in Goa.
