SHILLONG: In memory of those who gave their lives in the struggle for India’s freedom, a two-minute silence will be observed throughout the state at 11 am on Wednesday.
A signal should be sounded at 11 am on the sounding of which all persons should stand up and traffic on the road should come to a standstill.
