NEW DELHI: Miani D Shira, Congress MLA from Ampati and daughter of former chief minister Mukul Sangma, was on Thursday appointed as the coordinator of the party’s social media cell for Meghalaya along with George B Lyngdoh.
Both of them were appointed by Congress president Rahul Gandhi.
