SHILLONG: The UDP on Saturday named two candidates for the JHADC elections.
The UDP State Election Committee approved the names of Moonlight Pariat from Jowai South constituency and J Treilang Suchiang from Shangpung constituency, both in West Jaintia Hills. The UDP is yet to declare its candidates for four seats in JHADC and one — Jirang constituency of Ri-Bhoi — in KHADC.
