SHILLONG: United Hynniewtrep  Movement (UHM) has threatened to boycott the Lok Sabha election if the state does not address the inter-state border dispute with Assam.
General secretary, Charlie J. Rani said state government should deploy police personnel such as the battalion, SOT & SF 10 in the sensitive area.
The organisation has sought an appointment with Chief Minister Conrad Sangma to seek his intervention.
