SHILLONG: Urban Affairs Minister and the MLA is of Mylliem constituency, Hamletson Dohling has appealed for re-scheduling of load shedding in the constituency in view of the upcoming Board and University Examinations.
In a letter to Chairman cum Managing Director, of MeECL, Lumjingshai, Shillong, Dohling appealed for scheduling power shedding from 11 pm- 12 midnight to 1am-2am.
