5th Guwahati food awards

Guwahati: Guwahati Food Awards initiated in the year 2015 steps into its fifth edition this year. With 136 nominations and 68 participants, the most happening and awaited event of the year aims to bring together the best in the food fraternity and recognizing top performers who have set benchmarks in the city’s Food & Beverage segment.Online voting for this edition of Food Awards has already begun from 15th February and shall end on 5th March’2019. Almost 20,000 votes have already been received in the first five days and others are being encouraged to vote for their favourite players via the Guwahati Food Awards’ website The participants will be assessed on parameters such as food, hygiene, ambience, service, key specialities and their USPs by renowned culinary experts of the jury panel who would execute rigorous vetting to confirm if the participants meet Guwahati Food Awards’ standards. The winner would be declared in the gala awards ceremony scheduled on March 23, 2019 at Hotel Vivanta by Taj.
