SHILLONG: Assembly Speaker Donkupar Roy and Commissioner and Secretary Andrew Simons have expressed shock and sadness over the passing away of former secretary of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly TD Sangma on Sunday.
They recalled the vast administrative experience and hard work of late Sangma and sent their deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
