Holiday declared
The Deputy Commissioner of Ri Bhoi has informed that all State Government Offices, Revenue & Magisterial Courts and Educational Institutions within the district will remain closed on Friday on account of ”Shad Sajer”.

Circuit Court
The Under Secretary to Government of Meghalaya, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department has informed that the Central Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench comprising of Manjula Das, Member (J) and N. Neihsial, Member (A) will hold a Circuit Court of Central Tribunal at the Court Room of the State Commission, Meghalaya Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Administrative Building, Lower Lachumiere, Shillong from 10:30 am on Thursday and Friday.

Office bearers
The Seng Samla, Mawkhar recently elected new office bearers for the term 2019-2023 at a meeting held at Community Hall Mawkhar. The newly elected office bearers are president –Pynshaiboklang Diengdoh, vice president is Larry Najiar and Aida War, general secretary is Arkibor Ranee besides other members, four advisors and 14 executive members.

Meeting
Syngkhong Rympei Thymmai will organise a meeting for all the members of its various units at the Youth Hostel, Shillong at 12 pm on March 16. All members are requested to attend the meeting without fail. The association has also invited members of Skhem Rympei Tynrai.
