Mawkyrwat: The second semi-final of the V Mawten Invitation Football Torunament 2018-19 organised by Mawten Sports Club will be held on Saturday where Meghalaya Police FT will face last year champions Eastern Pirates FC at Mawpyllun Mini Stadium, Mawten near Mawkyrwat at 1:45 pm. General Secretary of Mawten Sports Club, B. Nongsiej said that this game will be one of the best and most excited because both the teams are very strong. “Players of both the team are playing from different football clubs in the state,” he said. Therefore, Mawten Sports Club has appealed to the people from Mawkyrwat area and South West Khasi Hills District as a whole to come and witness this second semi-final of the Tournament, Nongsiej added.
