CRPF NES not to celebrate Holi to respect Pulwama martyrs

SHILLONG: The North Eastern Sector  of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has decided not to celebrate Holi this year as a mark of solidarity and respect to the family of 40 brave CRPF Jawans who attained martyrdom in a terror attack at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir in February this year.

Meanwhile, the Officers and Men of CRPF visited at Mother Teresa Missionaries of Charity Home in Shillong and distributed sweets among the people. IGP Prakash. D said that this is a true tribute to the departed souls.
