HYC distributes mosquito nets

NONGPOH: In a bid to provide some succour to disadvantaged families who are facing lots of problems in their living, the Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC), Umden Circle distributed mosquito nets to more than over 30 families residing in four villages under Umden area.

The mosquito nets were handed over by Jason Lennox Nongrum, Vice President of HYC, RI Bhoi District, in presence of other members Hercules Suting, Secretary, Lasarus Rani Organising Secretary, Mission Tron among other.

The programme was also attended by Rangbah Shnong of four villages including Rangbah Shnong of Nongtluh L. Syiem, Rangbah Shnong of Umden Khasi Lain Syngkli, Umden Manipur Mathias Rympeit along with the local populace of the area.

Speaking on the occasion, Jason Lennox Nongrumr expressed his gratitude to all the members of the circle for their initiative in distributing mosquito nets to the needy living in this village.
