SHILLONG: DD Lapang has been appointed as the national vice president of NPP. National president of the party Conrad Sangma on Wednesday effected the appointment with immediate effect.
Lapang joined NPP last year and was appointed chief advisor to the MDA government. He quit the Congress before the Assembly election.
