SHILLONG: A man was found lying unconscious near Civil Hospital in the city on Wednesday.
He was rushed to the hospital but was declared brought dead by the attending medical officer.
The deceased, who appears to be non-tribal, was found wearing black trousers, a black jacket, blue-checkered shirt, brown sweater and brown shoes. He has short black hair, a swarthy complexion, approximately 5.5 ft tall and around 40 to 45 years of age.
