BSNL 4G services in state

Shillong: State run BSNL has started its 4G services in Meghalaya on April 8 at Umiam Telephone Exchange.
The services will be available in Umroi Cantt, NEPA, Umbir, ICAR and Nongsder. It will offer higher data speed leading to a better user experience. It supports IP telephony services, Interactive multimedia, voice, video conferencing and gaming services. To avail the services, the existing BSNL customers have to get their existing SIMs swapped with 4G SIMs. The 4G services will be launched in other parts of Meghalaya soon.
