NONGPOH: As many as eight new vehicles of Maruti Suzuki were damaged when a carrier truck (NL-01Q 0578) carrying them overturned at Lad Umpih in Umsning By-pass around 8 am on Monday.
In this incident, the driver of the carrier truck, Meheboob Khan (51) hailing from Uttar Pradesh was seriously injured and was immediately shifted to Umsning Community Health Centre for treatment.
