Children’s home warning on donations

SHILLONG: The God’s Dream Children’s Home has expressed concern that there are people who are collecting donations from the public on its behalf.
In a statement issued here, chairman of the God’s Dream Children’s Home Crosslin Marbaniang said it has not authorised anyone to collect donation on its behalf nor has it issued any receipt book.
The Home looks after orphans and destitutes.
It has asked well wishers to verify with the God’s Dream Children’s Home before giving any donation in its name. It can be contacted at 9615039381 and 9774285190, it said.
